CHOGM: Is India boycotting?

There have been a lot of pressure tactics in TamilNadu that the nation should boycott the CHOGM meet at SriLanka. The reason being blatant human rights violations during the final Eelam war with the LTTE. It was atrocious to kill a 12 year old kid after feeding him, who ever he may be and whatever his father has done. It is appalling to see the fate of one of the new anchors of LTTE’s TV, Isaipriya being tortured (sexually too) and murdered. She was arrested after being falsely identified as daughter of the LTTE chief Prabhakaran.

We have a history of Sri Lankan armed forces indulging in inhuman activities. Chemmani mass graves are one of the brutal examples on which we sat mum allowing the European nations to do our  due. It is
