Fame at all costs – Motto of MK and gang
One of the recent lament of M.Karunanidhi is about the name Guru Utsav. He said this name Guru Utsav was an attempt to impose Sanskrit upon the Tamil people. His usual cry of imposing Hindi and Sanskrit and hence an alleged attempted murder of Tamil. The politics of the state has been mired with imbecile logic and irrational stances from the Dravidian outfits right from pre independence days. The founding father of these bunch of self styled Rationalists was a desperate old man called E.V.Ramasamy Naicker who was yearning for fame but could not get it as easily as he was expecting to.
This EVR was with the Congress and took part in the Vaikom temple entry agitations organized by the Congress, but twisted the facts and campaigned crookedly to make people believe that he was the one who organized it. Thus started the Goebbelsian era in TamilNadu politics which was fondly called by themselves as Dravidian era which was filled with lies, damned lies and skewed statistics. EVR’s right hand man C.N.Annadurai formed a new outfit protesting EVR marrying at the age of 76, a girl of 26 years of age. EVR did it to keep the properties of his outfit Dravidar Kazhagam (DK, pronounced as decay as appropriately).
The new outfit DMK was started with a motto of obtaining a Dravidian country encompassing TamilNadu, Kerela, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, but the motto was dumped when the Union Government declared secessionism illegal in 1963. The party came to power in TamilNadu in 1967 with dubious promises most of which were declared impossible to meet when they formed the Government. When Annadurai died in 1969, Karunanidhi took the reins with the crookedness of a degenerate. He had his house in mortgage by then, but within a decade owned properties all through the State.
Scam after scam followed during Karunanidhi’s rule and there was an infamous reference to him as a scientific scamster by late Justice Sarkaria. He fell at the feet of Indira Gandhi to save himself and his ill-gotten wealth. Karunanidhi is a drop out from elementary school, but had the knack of rhetoric in Tamil language which earned him a fame among the uneducated mass. He wrote many book which are still a competition to porn stories and novels. His so claimed literary works in Tamil were not recognized by any litterateur. But he was pervert enough to create a gang of people with University degrees of some kind who were ready to praise him for money. Thus grown the self styled Tamil leader who has no thorough knowledge of the language nor does he care for the people who speak it.
Karunanidhi is known for quoting only from that part of Thirukkural which deals with marital life and intimacy thereof. He infamously said that an epic in the language Silappathikaram, as a story of a man living between the hips of two ladies of his life. Whereas the epic has a moralistic undertone to start with, which is totally averse to Karunanidhi. A great poet of contemporary Tamil Kannadasan has despised Karunanidhi as a porn writer for a story called “Vaazha Mudiyathavargal” which narrates a poor widower policeman, unable to marry his daughter off, ends up marrying his own daughter. There were similar stories written by Karunanidhi and he had them evaluated as best by his yes-men and awarded those stories as best literature through his own trust.
Well, let us take a quick look at the
Measuring by the economic and political benchmarks of decent life,
people, in general, in India and Sri Lanka are not fitting in due to
political reasons. India is ruled by corrupt and apathetic political
setup, while Sri Lanka is ruled by an equally apathetic and corrupt
family. The most affected people by these two set of rulers are the
Tamils in India and Sri Lanka. The fishermen of the southern State of
India are being subjected to constant attack by the Sri Lankan Navy. The
rulers of the State and the nation were turning a blind eye to their
fate.
Even the then State Chief Minister M.Karunanidhi
accused of his own fisherfolk of greed to get more fish by going beyond
the Indian waters. Even so, how can they be shot at for getting into
International waters. The Lankan army’s excuse was that the fisherfolks
speak Tamil and they were looking like the terrorists belonging to the
LTTE. This is absurd. If you cannot differentiate between your enemy and
common men and fire at will at anybody while you patrol, you’re unfit
to be a soldier. I don’t know the recruitment and training process for
Sri Lankan armed forces.
